Officers of the trust and their work
(1) The president will conduct the meeting. If equal voting in a meeting then judge will give the vote and convence the meeting. The work of the president is representation of the trust, to sign on the whole document of the trust, to sign on the document of the mutual exchange of financial variable and constant properties and terminate the post of authorize person with the decision of all trusties.
(2) The main trustee can authorize two or more than two trusties for any type of work of the trust.
(3) The main trustee can appoint and terminate any person for organising the office work of the trust. In the same way, the main trustee can authorize any person for control and organising the variable and constant properties.

5. Membership of trust and category of members
Important: For all group of membership of trust must be written permission of general secretary and secretary and after the filling of the membership form in designed way the member will pay the membership fee according to category then he will get the membership.
(a) Mentor Member: If 2000 Rs (Rupees two thousand only ) membership fee will paid in one instalment by any person with no any selfless or variable or constant properties of this price or more than this price is donated by any person then he will get the mentor membership for whole life of the organisation.
(b) Permanent Member: If 1000 Rs (Rupees one thousand only ) membership fee will paid in one instalment by any person with no any selfless or variable or constant properties of this price or more than this price is donated by any person then he will get the permanent membership for whole life of the organisation.
(c) Special Member: The person who will give the help with one’s mind according to the necessity and scholar, awarded by government will appoint by present working committee for two years. These members are free from membership fee. The organisation will accept the donation, discrimination by these peoples, which is given by own will. These members are not allowed to participate in election and they will have not right for voting.
(d) General Member: If any person wants to give the contribution of this organisation for motivating the work of the social development, then person get the general membership for a year, to pay 100 Rs (rupees one hundred only) of the organisation.
6. Termination of the membership:
(a) On the death of the member or on being bankrupt.
(b) To loose the character by the member and doing the work in against of organisation.
(c) Doing immoral work by member or punished by the court.
(d) If the fee of the membership is not paid by the member.
(e) On the absence of without reason in three consecutive meeting of the organisation.
(f) After the resolution is passed of mistrust by 2/3 vote against the member.
(g) To resign by the member and resignation is accepted then membership is automatically finished.
7. Part of the trust:
(a) Managing committee
(b) Simple assembly
(c) Mentor committee
8. Managing committee:
(a) Structure: The managing committee is structured by choosing the member of 2/3 vote of simple assembly. The members of the managing committee will president, vice president, secretary, under secretary, treasurer, auditor, and four members of working committee. The number of member may decrease or increase according to necessity.
(b) Meeting: The general meeting of managing committee will organise two times in a year and according to necessity any important meeting will may organise any time to invite the members.
(c) Information Period: The information for the general meeting will give one week before to the members and for emergency meeting one day before by any proper medium.
(d) Quorum: 2/3 members of the whole members will must be present in a meeting for the quorum.
(e) Appointment on vacant position: If any position become vacant in emergency of managing committee then this post/position is fulfil by the member of general assembly by the vote of the general assembly for the remaining period of the managing committee.
9. Right and duties of managing committee:
(1) to work for the development and improvement of the organisation and resolve the internal dispute of the organisation.
(2) to allow the correction in rules, sub-rules, change by the general assembly witrh 2/3 vote of the general assembly.
(3) To ready the outlines yearly programs and yearly budget.
(4) to get the help of donation, contribution, loan, and other financial help from the ministry/department of central and state government and from other institution, system and donation by any citizen. To expand the income of the organisation for the charitable work and for the benefit of the organisation
(5) To organise and establish the sub-unit and sub-committee for the development of organisation.
10. Right and duties of the officers of managing committee:
President-
(a) President over the meetings of working committee, managing committee and general assembly of the organisation.
(b) To accept the work for development of organisation by the working committed and general assembly.
(c) To do the general care of the organisations.
(d) To accept the resignations of members /officers and to give advice for rethink.
(e) To allow for putting the proposal. To check the work of organisation time to time.
(f) To give the approval for the date of meeting.
Vice President: to help in the work of president of organisation and do thye work given by the president in the absence of the president.
General Secretary:
(1) TO organise the all assembly on the behalf of organisation.
(2) To bull the meeting and conceal meeting. In any matter of equal vote, the resultant vote is given by the general secretary.
